There are two main types of dental veneers.
Porcelain veneers
Porcelain dental veneers are extremely thin shells that are attached to the front of teeth.
The procedure is usually done over two or more dental appointments. Tooth preparation is minimal, requiring removal of only a small amount of dental enamel, and little if any anaesthetic.

Composite veneers

Composite veneers can last three to ten years but are more likely than porcelain veneers to become stained or chipped. And they can’t address the problem of severe cosmetic dental problems.

Are My Teeth Healthy Enough for Veneers?
Before getting any type of cosmetic dentistry treatment, our Yandina dentist will need to make sure your teeth and gums are healthy. Issues such as cavities or gum disease will need to be addressed first.

How long do veneers last?
